This is to notify the users that we observed an "intermittent" issue with the agent platform SSO login that lasted for about 60 minutes starting (05:45 PM IST; 07:15 AM JAN/06/2026 EST). We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that this has been resolved around 06:45 PM IST, promptly after it was reported, and we do not see any possibility of recurrence. Please also note that the issue was only with SSO login and this did not impact any runtime functionality.
