We have identified a regression issue after the deployment of the November Release for XO (10.21.0/11.20.0) /XO Contact Center (v3.20.0). To minimise the disruption of the services to our customers, we are reverting to the previous best known version. While no service downtime is expected during this release, we are sharing this update for your general awareness.
