June Month End Sprint that was reverted on 4th July will now be re-deployed at this time. The critical big that was identified on 4th July stands resolved. There is no expected downtime as such, but this is more for the awareness of the users/customers. The patch will contain fixes/updates for SmartAssist(XO Contact Center) as well as XO Platform.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Region - India (Bot Uptime, APIs, Bot Builder, Bot Administration Application) and SmartAssist - India (Nuance, Kore IVR, Kore Agent Desktop).
